This is where it all starts. Thin slices of wood which we will then kiln dry before mounting them onto our resin chopping boards or tables.
Workshop sanding videos
One of our resin table tops going into our huge sander.
This machine saves time and gets the wood and resin perfectly flat as it sands to 320 grit and already this table top is looking fantastic. This is one of four or five sanding processes to get it just right. It won't leave the workshop until its absolutely perfect!

Now sanded to 320 grit and ready for the next stage.

One of our biggest resin chopping boards going into the sander, a real centrepiece for any table or kitchen.
After the sander has done it's job, we'll sand this by hand to 1000 grit to make it feel like glass and look stunning. It will be finished with a gorgeous brown Oak back for the chopping side.
